Hi I’m Karen Murrie and I have been teaching fitness in Ayrshire for 19 years yikes!!!
Due to the current situation all our classes are now online via FB Live and Zoom. Each week the timetable changes but we're doing between 12 and 15 weekly sessions.
Every morning we start our day at 730am with a fabulous Pure Stretch session, and boy does this wake us up. A typical week is : Dancercise, Fitness Pilates, HiiT, Body Conditioning, Pure Stretch, Kettleblast , Mashup, Tabata, Aerobics and always finishing on a Friday with a fabulous Pilates & Prosecco class.
As we're working out from home we've had to improvise with equipment ! We've used kitchen roll, water bottles, tennis balls and even ladie's tights yip, and what great workouts we get using this 'new equipment'
We also love our weekly coffee & chat via Zoom, it's so good to 'see' our members albeit not in the flesh. If you fancy trying a week with us just send me a message and we'll give you a week of FREE classes.

Our classes are really great fun and we have many members attending up to 6 classes per week, and enjoying a variety of different fat burning workouts.
As Glow instructors we know it is not just about weight loss and exercise, it is about you and how you feel. We are here to support you at your local class and in turn help you become slimmer, fitter, healthier and happier.
We also prode ourselves on our fabulous social events outwith class: dinners out, theatre trips, weekend walks to name but a few, many of our lovely ladies also enjoy annual holidays together.
