Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, FitSteps® is a dance fitness programme that is ‘so much fun you don’t even realise you’re getting fit!’.

The programme is based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances including Jive, Cha Cha, Samba, Tango, Waltz and Quickstep. It mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up tempo steps of the Latin dances together to create a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim that appeals to everyone, even if they couldn’t dance before. And as the dances are broken down into easily learnable sections this is an ideal class for all age ranges.

Fitsteps® actually came to life in 2013 as a result of a collaboration between Strictly’s Ian and Natalie and Britain’s Olympic and World Champion swimmer and former Strictly competitor Mark Foster.
