Hi I'm Sharon Canning and I have been running Diet & Fitness classes for almost 20 years. Originally as part of Rosemary Conley & now I  very proudly "Glow"!

Every January we make promises to our selves that we usually don't quite keep. So why not make 2017 different? At Glow we are happy for you to come along & workout - get strong & fit. But we also have fantastic eating plans - not diets. No-one wants to diet do they? The plans are different, 3 meals a day. Delicious healthy food - the feedback from the plans we have run so far has been great, & the weight losses great too. How lovely to lose weight & enjoy your food. you don't even have to come to a class.
