Hi, I’m Jill and I have been running classes in Edinburgh for over 23 years. My classes offer the complete package, helping you to become fitter, healthier and happier.
I offer a fantastic choice of classes – aerobics, salsa, Dance Fit, HiiT, KettleHiiT and Fitness Pilates, combined with a weekly weigh-in for those who want to lose weight or maintain their weight.
You can choose whether you want to improve your fitness and lose weight or just improve your fitness and I offer a new member offer of 4 weeks unlimited classes for only £28.
