Our weekly classes are great value and although we run exercise only classes most do include a weigh in, a motivational group Talk and a fantastic fun workout, offering members a real opportunity to lose weight, gain fitness and have fun while making new friends
To give you plenty of choice we run lots of different exercise classes from traditional Aerobics to High Intensity Interval Training, Hula Hooping to Kettlebells, Bootcamp to Fitsteps & Zumba all run in a fun filled and informative way each week throughout Huddersfield, Halifax, Low Moor, Cleckheaton, Liversedge & Mirfield.
Not exercised before?
Not a problem - don’t worry, we have lots of members who before joining have never exercised before. We will help you and teach according to ability and level of fitness offering alternatives to the moves that are right for you, and as you progress we will gradually increase your moves. GLOW classes are designed to be fun; no one gets them right all of the time – not even the instructors.

From time to time we also run courses, KettleBlast courses will teach you how to use KettleBells safely & effectively while shaping & toning your body – it’s a tough one but you will have a blast! Watch out for details of our next courses
