Hi, I’m Jill and I have been running classes in Edinburgh for over 20 years. My classes offer the complete package, helping you to become fitter, healthier and happier.
I offer a fantastic choice of classes – aerobics, salsa, FitSteps®, Zumba®, Interval Boom, KettleBlast and Fitness Pilates, combined with a weekly weigh-in for those who want to lose weight or maintain their weight.
You can choose whether you want to improve your fitness and lose weight or just improve your fitness and I offer a new member offer of 4 weeks unlimited classes for only £28.
Cannot manage along to a class but would like to be guided through 28 days of healthy eating with a daily email? We help plan your week, giving you a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections and even a weekly shopping list. At the end of the 28 days you will receive an invitation to an exclusive Boots No 7 event in Princes Street store where you will be given an individual skin analysis, goody bag worth £25 and 10% discount on products.
