Hi, I’m Jill and I have been running classes in Edinburgh for over 20 years. My classes offer the complete package, helping you to become fitter, healthier and happier.
I offer a fantastic choice of classes – aerobics, salsa, FitSteps®, Zumba®, Interval Boom, KettleBlast and Fitness Pilates, combined with a weekly weigh-in for those who want to lose weight or maintain their weight.
You can choose whether you want to improve your fitness and lose weight or just improve your fitness and I offer a new member offer of 4 weeks unlimited classes for only £28.
Cannot manage along to a class but would like to be guided through 28 days of healthy eating with a daily email? We help plan your week, giving you a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections and even a weekly shopping list.
Email or phone me for further information or simply select your option and pay. If you choose the 28 day plan, an email will be sent asking you to confirm your subscription, simply click YES and you are ready to go!
