We have a variety of classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels which will help you feel fitter and healthier and you will of course have lots of fun and make new friends along the way. We do traditional aerobics, Interval training, Kettlebells, Zumba®/Dancercise, Bootcamps and Fitness Pilates. You have a choice of options available to you; you can weigh in, weigh in and workout or just workout – the choice is yours.
Don’t worry if you are joining on your own as you will be made to feel welcome and will soon be making new friends. You will see a big part of our sessions are about socializing and chatting with others. Please don’t feel embarrassed, if you decide to weigh-in as it is done on a one-to-one basis
We have been involved in fund raising for various charities and is something I am planning to do a lot more of. We have had teams in the Race for Life, done Moonwalks, nights in, aerobathons, coffee mornings and lots more.
We have also had social events, like our wine tasting trip and party’s. Again something which the club will be doing more of, so if you need a boost to your social calendar this could be for you.
